I thought I was seeing things but one Day while hanging out with some friends I noticed a tall guy with a tall black hat just staring at us... I walked toward him trying to see who it was. I blinked and he was gone. It seems as if he doesn't let any one near it. Really creepy. We seen a tall man in all black with a black hat. He would disapear when we got within a block of him. I was telling my cousin what we seen and she said that her sons friend just got done telling her he seen the same thing a week prior. Has anyone else seen the man / ghost?.
