It was a man with a tool belt and a hard hat. It scared the be-jibbers out of me. I yelled and my roommates ran in and it was gone. When I told them about it they had said that they have experienced the same thing. We were all scared so we turned to our landlord and ask him. He had mentioned to us that a long time ago when the oil field was being placed     in there was a massive explosion killing 5 and injuring 8. He said where our place was build on top of the tents where the employs lived which burned and killed them. He said that the guy who haunts us is the foreman. The roommates are before us were into witchcraft and try contacting him which upset him that’s why he comes out. I looked in the closet and found what looked like a pentagram carved out but we painted over it. I would not recommend any one moving in.
