Wow... So glad others are seeing this ''lady in red'' I actually talked to her... I now want to encounter the man that was killed on his bike 2 years ago in December at 6:00 pm.... It was a hit and run but read a couple of months after the accident that they arrested the person who killed him.
We will be going out again tonight!.

The poor dog walking lady is most likely jaundiced, hence the yellow eyes... Irritated because so many people either stop or follow her... Poor dear.

It was my friends bday and we had been up all night cruising around. It was about 430 am when we picked up our two guy friends in Martinez where we all lived. Now the three girls in the car had all heard about the dog walking lady but never experienced it. The two guys and many of their friends had multiple experiences with her but nothing for about 3 years. We were all wired up saying we were going to go drive through Port Costa. I jokingly said omg what if we the ghost too bad it's already 430.''matt'' started freaking out telling us about him and his friends multiple encounters with the dog Walker. As we are driving up mcwen Rd ''matt'' starts hitting the passenger seat where I was sitting and is yelling ''omg there she is! There she is! '' we all look on the opposite side of the narrow road and sure enough there she was in the red wind breaker with the grey dog covering her face with her hand.
The date was April 11 2009 and I looked at the clock and it was 513 am and we were listening to number 13 on the cd. My friend ''Stephanie'' who was driving flipped around when we approached the ghost she was on the opposite side of the road covering her face again. We then flipped around again and the same thing. Opposite side covering her face. We turned around again the song ended and she and the dog vanished out of thin air. At this point we are all freaked out our adrenaline is pumping so we decided to go all the way around through Cummings sky way and do the full loop back up to mcwen Rd.As we were approaching the bend where the creepy warehouse and few houses were we turned up the same song we had seen her the first time. We were driving down in anticipation not seeing her. Finally when we are almost to the free way entrance where the road starts widening back out there she was on the opposite side of the road walking towards us but this time she was not covering her face but you could not see her face.
