I live in the Smiley Park district off Alvarado Street and there is definitely frequent activity in the house im renting. I roomate with 2 other individuals who have also had encounters and strange happenings. Mostly items moved around cold spots feeling the bed slump as if someone had sat down next to you shuffling noises around     corners doors opening and closing and the scariest loud running/walking/stomping footsteps heard from upstairs throughout the night. Footsteps have been heard twice very loudly in the past 4 days and I have been sleeping downstairs on the Couch for a few nights now... This stuff definitely creeps me out. I'd love to be in contact with previous renters about activity. House was built in 1902 I've been unable to find anything about it on the net unfortunately.
