My husband moved into the apartment complex ( off of Torrance blvd. And prospect)about 7 yrs ago. It's a two Story condo style apartment. My husband had the Day off and I had to go to work. My husband decided to visit his family in a city about 30 minutes away as well as go golfing. It     was about 8 o'clock or so and I was sitting at the top of the staircase talking on the phone (i for some reason Only got static in the room but my husband could talk fine) to my friend... I happened to look all the way down the staircase and saw a tall Black shadow from the shoulders up learing on the side of the hallway. I have never Felt such horror or been so full of what I can Only explain as a doomed feeling. I hung up the phone & called my husband to see how much longer til he got home.
