My husband did not see her as we drove up a ways we pulled over to talk to our family driving behind us when I told them her husband who was driving seen her but his wife did'nt.. Years later my sister was dating a hwy ptrl who patroled that area at one time and when I was telling them about the incident he starting giving me the details of her and where she is seen before I even went into detail this totally floored me he told me they have had several siteings at that location from citizens, and other officers claiming there   (continued on the next page...)
