It was creepy... He was stepped out into the road just barely. I was in the passenger seat and I looked at him real good and he looked like a real person. He seemed to be illuminated but that could have been from our headlights. As we drove passed I     continued to look back and he was there the whole time until we were out of range. I can't say it was a ghost but I can Tell you it was one of the strangest coincidences/occurences that I have experienced.
