She says that they are all nice, but maybe she has just come across the nicer ones. I found out that in 2008 a man who had murdered his lover had jumped off the 7th story balcony, so who knows what disturbed spirits may be here.
But it was fun investigating it.

I remember that story about Alice the ghost when I was at Santa Ana high some thirty years ago. I was a freshmen in drama class and we went to the top of the tower in the big theater. When I got up there, there was a statue of an angel the angel fell on it's own and I made a new wall trien to get out of there ...

An apartment house in Santa Ana by the municipal courts seems to be hunted by something in the cellar. Strange sounds, bangs or slamming of some heavy object is heard, the floors of the house trembles every time.
Two accounts sightings of a disembodied hand, once in the bathroom, the other time in the closet. At night, spirit orbs can be captured by a camcorder along with weird sounds (we have such a footage and the sounds appear to be of a door unlocking, and some child screaming ''help me'' or ''help'') staying the night over as a guest can be quite the experience when you feel someone's weight on top of you then hear 'it' whisper things in your ear!.
