Custom Search Santa Barbara, California Ghost Tales I was visiting in Santa barbara for the week my sister and Friend was Busy talking to some Guys at the party. So I walked off and stood next to this wooden Fence by the cliffs on the beach. Of course it was cold and foggy but there was just something there that Felt very eerie. At one Point around 11pm to Midnight I saw a bright flash that lit up the fog more than it should have. I thought that it might have been a camera but no one was really out that night when I saw the flash more than three times I knew that there was more to what meets the eye. Throughout the entire night I saw an apparition of a person continuously looking over the wooden Fence I figured that it was a ghost or some other kind of phenomenon b/c I saw it fly from between the two apartments. Its White figure was brighter than the fog and flew by quickly. I didnīt Tell anyone at the time b/c there was always that fear of being taunted and called crazy. But the next Day I knew that there was something there my sister Friend and I went to lizards mouth for a       good hike. They happened to bring the Guys from the party the night before so it was the same Story I was by myself and they were off doing their own thing. After the Sunset I was wandering around embracing all the boulders and the Beauty around it when I ran to this spot that was almost like a perfectly cut Circle in the rocks. I stood there   to look at the evening sky when I saw another Brilliant flash as it lit up the area around me I looked all around me to find nothing and when I looked up towards the sky I say another flash but could not find the source of it. I was amazed but at the same time I was freaked out so I ran back to where my Friend and sister were and asked them if they had seen anything unusual. None of them had seen anything and I didnīt expect them to but to this Day I donīt understand what might have gone on that night. I have had three or four of them follow me and then just fade. What is scary is that they don't feel like innocent little kids to me. I have had this happen twice and both times I Felt very scared and uneasy. I've seen things before but they never Felt this creepy.
