All of the owners of the house have experience encounters at one time or an other. There is a figure of a small child that run around at night people have heard the scratches on the roof. It sounds as if there are several big birds scratching doors open and close by themselves.
There must be a burial ground of some kind because the occupant of the house across the street have also experience the same or more. Both houses have had numerous owners and

renters some have no been able to cope with the constant ghostly apparitions.

Comment by Silver: Where exactly on Ada Street? I have been here over 20 years and nothing has happened. There are two Ada Streets - are you referring to the park or further out? Could the big birds just be the hawks we have out here? We do occasionally have owls out here on lamp posts.
I have a huge white one that likes to visit outside my sons room. We see this amazing bird several times during the year.
Comment by Silver: Are the houses near the park or the other Ada St. I have been here over 20 years and have seen nothing but a white owl occasionally with a huge wing span. At times he or she flies between houses brushing against outside exteriors.
I have seen this owl a few times. I will also ask what apparitions? I am interested in the details.
