It was a Clear moonlit night with a very cold 31 degrees weather ourside that registered in our car. We are heading North towards Santa Maria and have already passed Refugio Beach and about to get into the short tunnel when my husband first heard what he described as women talking. We looked around and there is no car behind     or in front of us nor is it right to even hear anything from outside as the windows of our car are all closed! He just told me about it but did not hear it and we just brushed it off. What happened next will be etched in my brain forever! After a few minutes that he heard that we both heard a loud roaring laughters of women that almost threw off my husband's driving that he veered towards the edge of the road and made me jumped off my seat! It was loud and Clear that it was amost as if it is just right behind us! There was no one on the Street not even a car   (continued on the next page...)
