I went shopping with my mom early in the morning. We came back late like at 5:30pm. We were right around the corner of the house when we saw a young lady with long black hair laying right in front of the garage, which is right in front of the door. When we saw her we both had the sudden urge to run to her and then suddley she got up and started walking super fast to the back yard. When we finally caught up to her she dissapeared just like that!! This happened 6 years ago and we haven't seem her ever since. This really happened!!!!.

20 Years ago I lived on Benwiley Street in Santa Maria. And one night I woke up to find a shadow of a little girl at the foot of my bed crying. I was scared and when I got up to see what it really was she was gone. a few days later I woke up in the middle of the night to find a dark shadow of a man looking at me. He spoke in a cryptic voice ''I can't sleep.'' I then persisted to cuss him out and then

he was gone. My sister was living there at the same time too and she awoke late one night to find a dark shadow of a man walking towards her. as the shadowy figure approached her she heard an intense ringing in her ears and she was paralyzed for a moment and she couldn't move. So she closed her eyes and prayed to the Virgin Mary. After a few minutes

she opened her eyes and the shadowy figure was gone. She could move again and the ringing stopped. It turns out that that part of (No Suggestions) was near the old railroad tracks and railway station from the 1880s. So it is believed that these ghosts are from that era. The house was remodeled in 1998, and its current residents have not encountered any ghosts. .

While attending Santa Maria High School many years ago. I was in drama class. And occasionally we would see the ghost of a female in the Ethal Pope Auditorium. The Janitor used to see her too. Upon further investigation we found out that back in 1941 a girl was to perform in a play one night. Witnesses from that night said that she did a wonderful job acting on stage. She delivered a magnificent performance. However she was killed earlier that evening in a car crash. So how could she perform if she was dead. It is believed that her ghost

performed that night. To this day there are stories of seeing a female ghost in the Ethal Pope Auditorium (which was built in 1920). For years it was rumored from alumni that a girl hung herself in the auditorium. But the real story was the one mentioned above. .
