South San Francisco Colma, Town where the dead outnumbers the living. Back in '89 time of that disastrous earth quake my mom was working in San Francisco. Her building collapsed and she was able to get out unharmed. Transportaion, tel lines electricity was down. bay bridge was closed. she had nowhere to go. She walked for hours trying to get to my brothers house in Colma. South SF. she got the Colma in pitch darkness walking alone ( seemed like days she walked she said ) and a public transportation bus and an African American lady stopped to ask if she needed a ride.It was odd my mom said coz roads were blocked and no public trasportation was around. Anyways , she said yes and hopped on the bus. The nice African American lady asked if she was ok and where did she want to go. My mom asked her to drop her off at the Colma Police station which she obliged. My mom thanked her and when she turned around to wave the bus was gone. A few days later my mom called the bus transit and poice station wanting to thank the lady but was told there was

no bus service that night. No bus transit was in operation at that time my mom was claiming she was picked up. WOULD YOU SAY THAT WAS SCAREY??? IF you ask me I would say ''SHE WAS BLESSED'' !!!. Submitted by Angel
