Sunnyvale, California Ghost Tales

The land that my 60 year old house in a residential Sunnyvale neighborhood near Santa Clara is on was once part of a large orchard. The apparition of either an agricultural worker from around the 1940's era has been seen leaning against the garage. An overnight guest reported seeing the same person in my bedroom doorway silently watching me sleep and giving off the feeling of sadness. A different overnight guest reported feelings of someone staring at them through the guest bedroom window. Disembodied breathing has been heard in the bathroom, along with the feeling of cold spots in the garage. Shadows will move quickly out of the corner of your eye. I have taken many photos on the property with orbs in them, mostly in the garage, along with one that looked like a ghostly hand was waving itself in front of the lens.
