Ghost stories and supposed sightings of the Koopman ranch in sunol, ca on sanctuary dr.off of happy valley rd. the story is that there was a doctor that had once lived there and cut up and froze his patients bodies in the freezer located in the basement. ive done research through the internet and pleasanton library-anyone know about it? or is it a hoax?? very scary though...many trips to this house that scared the me and chilled me down to the bone. temperatures drop, sounds of voices, scraping, talking, moving through the house part of the ranch. I almost thought I was being chased in the house by something running at me.
