Susanville, California Ghost Tales I was with my friends in an abandoned hospital behind an old school. We were there for Halloween doing a scavenger hunt. There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers including me. As soon as we walked in I noticed a large pentagram and 666 written repeatedly on the walls. I said, ''Wow. That's pretty disturbing,'' then I heard a loud scream coming from down the hall. My friend and I both ran out of the building screaming. Another friend of mine ran out to see what was wrong with us. I strongly believe that this hospital is haunted. Right now I am trying to get a team of paranormal investigators to go there. The ghost of a strapped up woman has been noticed on a handful of instances in Compton Park on a dark night hauling a dead body across the dirt. One of the folks who live here determinedly says that this ghost may be the soul of a local who died here in Susanville some decades ago.
