Tecate, California Ghost Tales


The sunlight hours in Tecate, California are equal to sunlight hours anywhere else, but if you are easily scared, you'd best steer clear of this town at night. The ghosts of this town don’t leave anyone unalarmed. Folks who have never stayed for a few days in this town will laugh and say it's all just superstition, but everybody who has settled in Tecate is not alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The phantom of a young woman having on a blood-covered prom dress was noticed at Grapevine Creek before dawn hurling chunks of concrete into the stream. Numerous reports of this ghost have been reported. Some of the residents claim this ghost enjoys frightening unwise people who are bold enough to disturb the peace in Tecate.

A beheaded female has frequently been spotted performing a tune on a harp in a Tecate residence. It has been argued that this particular spirit can be the spirit of a local person who died here in Tecate long ago.

The ghost of a ten feet
 
    tall huge giant is regularly spotted in a mirror in a Tecate apartment; the ghost was only visible in the mirror. If you talk to the local residents, this ghost may very well be a famous past dweller of Tecate.

The ghost of a woman with half her head not there is known to have been spotted on several instances dragging a dead body over rocks
  in Picnic Lake Park around midnight.

A lady with an axe in her head may often be seen on the peak of Echo Mountain on a dark night staring at the view. In any event, it's a chilling ghost that is rather not interrupted.
