Campbell hill off Joe Davis where it turns to dirt. Make right turn up any dirt road into a small canyon. Need four wheel drive. Take recorder for EVP's and a mag meter. Best if you do your investigation before dark.
I picked up flute music and drums. Very low sound. I played a drum and asked any Indian spirits to talk to us or make a nose. We got one ! Could not believe it. This hill must have been sacred to the first Americans.

It's nice to see that I'm not alone when it comes to this base when I was 4 my step dad was a marine stationed at the twenty nine palm base where we lived his name was Kirby Nunn he and my mom had plenty of story's about that place but there story's had nothing on mine one night every one was asleep an I had woken up to see a Indian chief throwing what appeared to be flowers from a bag it scared me so much that I was sent back to Maricopa to live with my gma my story isn't action packed but it's 100% true my mom says the base was built on a Indian burial ground if so that could explain a lot.

One night about 8:30 pm me my 19 yearold son 7 yearold daughter and 4 year old daughter were heading home from felix field on the base we headed out the back gate up to Utah trails Rd that area is completely dark and creepy I got about 1 / 2 a block from the corner of Utah trails and Amboy road when I saw standing in the middle of the road what looked like a man white shirt, and dark hair is all I can recall it came up soo fast I immediately slammed on the brakes because I thought I had hit someone I pulled my truck to the side both myself and son got out and walked around the entire truck and up the road a little just to see if someone was hit nothing after the shock we realized if we had hit someone we would of heard it or felt it we looked at each other and got back in the truck we proceeded home and came to the 4 way stop of Utah trails and Amboy an eerie feeling came to me I looked to the left and there on one of the corners were a make shift memorial cross flowers and etc odviously where someone had been killed I have always believed in the paranormal since I was a small child and have experienced quite a bit so I knew what I had seen was probably the poor soul of that individual who had died at that corner...
