And so was what came along with this Panorama City home located on Van Nuy's Place & Cedros. A Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, swimming pool, garage conversion     into a 1 bedroom, small kitchen, and 1 restroom was more than our family of 6 expected. The walk threw of the home was unusual, as my husband and I and my four children were viewing the home with the realtor for the very first time. My two daughters and I decided to walk into the house from the back yard while my husband and my two boys stood with the realtor out back by the pool. My oldest daughter was in the restroom on the left side of the house if you're facing the pool, and I was standing in the kitchen with my youngest daughter asking her if she liked the house.   (continued on the next page...)
