to take a shower. Then she noticed we were both asleep. The shower had turned on by itself. That was when my dad told us the original owner of the house had died of a heart attack in the den. His name I believe was Henry.
Fast forward about nine years the last experience when I was with my girlfriend at the time teasing her and telling her about the experience we had. I jokingly stated ''Henry if you are here, give us a sign. '' As soon as I said this
all the lights in the house dimmed including the TV. Right at that time her grandmother came to pick her up. I stayed outside till my dad got home.|

When I was young I did not believe in any nonsense. I only believed in what I could see. In 1982 we moved into a big old house, down a driveway behind a lot of other houses. It was located on Houston Avenue across from the Adult School. My mom worked nights. She would come home about 3:00 am every night. She started complaining that we were leaving lights on all the time. My sister and I started making sure we turned off all the lights before bed, but in the morning she was yelling at us about the lights. Later the water faucets would be on.
One day we had a BBQ; my sister and I were cooking in the kitchen. She was on one side of the faucet peeling potatoes, and I was on the other side chopping vegetables. Without even bothering to look up I reached for the faucet, but I quickly realized my hand wasn't feeling the cold metal handle of our faucet. I looked up and realized I was holding my sisters hand. Apparently she had also reached for the faucet without looking. We were both about to laugh at ourselves because we were rushing, and our hands were not even close to the faucet when it suddenly turned on all by itself.
