I did not think much of it or when doors would suddenly slam shut. That was until my neighbor two doors down fled her house in fear because she encountered a specter of a man in a black cape fly across her living room late one night.
In the morning her young son told her that he had dreamed that a man in a black cape was standing over his bed. Even her teenage daughter had a similar encounter so they packed up and left. After that I felt an uneasy feeling
every time I stayed at the house and I too eventually got out of the neighborhood.|
I hope the new owners are not experiencing the same thing. It
felt evil and I think that weird things must have occurred on that land and lennar built right on top of it!.|

: I started out wanting to get help for my house and the one my daughter lived in which is kitty corner from mine. That was years ago and many stories shared since then. I now believe the whole area might be built on top of Indian burial grounds. I'm trying to get one of the paranormal investigator groups out here to help. If you wouldn't mind giving me the address or at least cross streets, it would help. The area seems to keep getting wider. Thank you. Send any info to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Thank you.
