Winters, California Ghost Tales I know this sounds funny telling it, but a few of my friends used to be bar tenders at the Irish pub in winters ca. We have been in this establishment cleaning up after the bar has closed, completely sober and all over a long period of time being in this place, have seen who everyone at the pub refers to as Fred. Us not being sure why he haunts this place have seen him more than once. He always surprises us. We see shadows and reflections in mirrors of him and it is quite spooky when you are alone or not expecting it.. A beheaded woman is known to have been seen on many occasions by Adobe Spring around midnight slurping gasoline. The spirit of an adolescent girl can often be made out on the summit of English Hills before sunrise watching the panorama.
