Me and some friends where riding quads up the 'old Indian Grave Yard Trail' around winter at around 10 pm-12 am. It was full moon as we were hanging out by the Indian Grave Yard we saw two white flashing balls of light on two mountain tops, north west and south west of us. As the ball moved, we could hear a loud sound coming from the sighting. They were communicating when sound stopped we could hear rock being thrown. After that one of my friends swears till this day that he saw an Indian person up an old oak tree next to the grave yard spying on us. When he turned away just a second to warn us the shadow disappeared in the tree. That area is a very active place. Don't enter the grave yard fenced area. It bad luck to enter native burial grounds!!! .

Comment by M: That is in the same area near the slope where we used to pick wild berries and heard the voice... Haunted back in these woods... For sure.

I lived in Woodlake all my life near the St. Johns River by the Rock Plant. One day I was riding my quad with two other friends in the sand dunes around 12 am-2 am full moon. As I was going 35-40mph from the corner of my eye a white shadow mixed with black about the size of a full-size person 3-2 feet in the air came up real fast to my right. Then it crossed over the trail in front of me to my left into a field heading to the river. My friends saw it too, and we searched everywhere thinking it was a person, but nothing was found. St. Johns River by the Rock Plant is also known as the 'sand dune.' It is a terrifying place. There are many reports of death in the area. It also was Indian territory.

I live in Woodlake near the St. Johns River where there is a trail we take down to a slope and pick wild berries in the summer. One evening my son and grandmother were taking a walk. They started down the trail which also leads to the river. When they reached the top of trail that leads to the bottom of the slope they heard a voice whisper ''come closer. '' My grandmother said her hair stood up on the back of her neck and arms. My son heard the voice too! My son wanted to continue and investigate, but my grandmother said no and that they should return before dark.
