When I was at Haleki'i-Pi'ihana Kalani Heiau historical site in Wailuku I was walking around the summit by myself and walked to the far area, the Pi'ihana heiau where they used to do human sacrifices (from what I understand). As the path dipped down and went around a curve, one whole side of my body inexplicably started to tingle. Then it enveloped my whole body. It was very strong. I continued walking and focused on sending love and healing to this earthbound
soul trying to interact with me. It was very eerie.

For what it's worth I've been out to Iao Valley many times and never felt a thing except a
profound sense of awe at the history and beauty. But at this Heiau in Wailuku I did feel the presence of a spirit. When I lived in Kahana I awoke in the night a few times to feel something huddled up close against my lower back. When I would move just a little I could feel it ''burrow'' in tighter. It was very creepy, and it tickled my lower back and sides when it would hold on tighter. Ugh. Creepy as hell. Not sure what it was doing sucking my energy?
