Canby, Oregon Ghost Tales I am new here in Canby, but, since I have been here, I have used my digital camera, several times after dark, I point it with no particular direction in mind, so far, I have gotten a lot of orbs.  I have also experienced a presence outside of the house. Things happen around here that can't be explained. People who have never spent a night in this town will let you know it's all just superstition, but with so many phantoms in Canby you have a pretty magnificent chance of catching a glimpse of one if you stay for a few days around here. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a flight attendant was seen in 13th Avenue City Park very late at night       going mad. When the ghost was noticed it vanished into the air. The spirit of an aged Indian chief became visible sipping water from Fish Eddy late in the night. The phantom was gobbled up by the air after being noticed. The spirit of an elderly cleaning lady was observed in New Era Bar on a dark night scooping out a crack. Shocked by   the watchers the ghost receded into the shadows. Based on what the residents declare, this ghost is the undeparted soul of an old Canby local resident. The ghost of a young female clothed as a maid was made out late in the night hovering over Barlow Flats. When perceived the spirit came close to the observer who then ran off. The spirit of a homeless man has frequently been noticed guzzling blood from a beaker in the middle of Bachert Creek. The ghost of a youthful cowboy is often observed taking pleasure in the surroundings at Aamodt Flashboard Dam after midnight. Many locals claim this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was killed while journeying through Canby some decades ago. Nonetheless, it's a terrifying spirit that any reasonable person wouldn't wish to encounter. The ghost of a gold-miner can regularly be witnessed striding from home to home on a dark night on a Canby residential road. In any event, it undeniably is a chilling phantom that you shouldn't go trying to locate. A lady with a somewhat transparent body can be witnessed frequently browsing through the fridge in the kitchen of a Canby residence before sunrise. Regardless of what, this spirit unquestionably is scary; one that should be avoided.
