Believe strongly that the River is one of those places where the spirit and living worlds overlap. We were experiencing crazy mist and as I approached the end of the River the Sun shone through the clouds very eerily like a Gate to the spirit world. After dark I saw a glow and numerous ghosts on the riverside. I walked quickly back to the motel closed the door and heard     a thump on the door after I got in. Am looking up history of area.
