Cottage Grove, Oregon Ghost Tales I was driving in cottage grove and swear I saw a man walking holding a baby turned around and they were gone. Submitted by CJ Montez       Categories: man, baby Approximately 20 years ago when a relative was driving home at night, towards Larane, he looked in his rearview mirror and saw a relative's face. He kept staring and as he stared, the relative's face started to melt. He almost went off the road and nearly got in a wreck. He came home and looked very pale. Yet since he didn't believe that there was a spiritual world of any kind, he passed this off as his imagination. Has anyone had an experience like this on Cottage Grove Larane Rd? I don't know the exact location of the area where this happened. But it was on the way out to Larane. Its neck was down, and so should the head. But instead       the head was facing forward, not looking down. White fur, very large walking on all fours. The phantom of an elderly hag can often be noticed at the stroke of midnight studying Gap in detail. A woman's body with a bear's head may be witnessed very often at Barrett Creek in the early morning hours chucking boulders into the current. Regardless of what, it's a menacing ghost that is preferably not disturbed.
