She gave me a funny look she herself is hispanic I am not but an ex gave me the two chains. Then 3 days later I was having dinner with my daughters and it happened infront of them and I demonstrated that it again was intact and the medallion was not open or broken     it has jumped off a 3rd time and now I don't know where it is. But it did literally jump while I was sitting. I was told by a neighbor boy during my first couple months here that the people who move in don't stay that the last were in and out in a couple weeks.
