Culver, Oregon is a seemingly routine area as long as the sun shines down, but after dusk a person may very well catch a glimpse of some bloodcurdling things. Spirits are so regular in this town; scores of folks who live here don’t even fret about it any longer. A number of folks who live here allege these stories are lies, but if you are brave enough to stay an extra day in Culver, you could see a phantom for
 
    yourself.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A female with a fairly transparent body can regularly be witnessed staring through home windows
  in Culver late in the night.

The spirit of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead can be distinguished over and over again watching movies in a Culver living room late at night.

The ghost of an elderly guy with a big white mustache has sometimes been observed facing the watcher in Crooked River Gorge at night. Regardless of what folks state, it is certainly a chilling ghost that any sane person wouldn't wish to encounter.

A woman with a sword sticking out of her head is every so often made out taking in the panorama at Haystack Dam around midnight. Any which way, this phantom unquestionably is frightening; one that you shouldn't go seeking.
