Curtin, Oregon Ghost Tales I have lived in Curtin Oregon all of my life and there are definitely some haunted places there. For example there is an area right before you turn on to territorial hwy. on Curtin rd. Long ago I'm told there was a slaughter house there after that a saloon or motel of some sort that my grandma worked at, then they built some cabins which my sister lived in that were haunted by several different ghosts. There is a big black shadow figure that is very scary, and in the kitchen area was a floating white mist type ghost. Sometimes you would see figures behind the curtains when no one was there or people walking behind you on the road then they would disappear. They eventually tore down the cabins now it is an empty lot. I feel sorry for anyone that buys that haunted place!!!!!!.
