There is a blue church here in Harrisburg. And it is said by many locals that if you knock on the front door of the church no matter how loudly or softly you knock, something on the other side will knock back with the same tone and rhythm of your knock.

While the sun is shining you could assume Harrisburg, Oregon is just like any other settlement, but this settlement is controlled by the undeceased after the sun is down. The living dead are crawling over this settlement as the locals will advise you about. Folks who have never stayed for a few days in this settlement will let you know it's a pack of lies, but a stay in Harrisburg, Oregon will make anybody believe.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of an old Indian chief may frequently be spotted in the rear seat of a Dodge by the driver setting eyes on the ghost in his rear view mirror after midnight.

    old cleaning lady may be made out frequently heading a guided trip of Harpers Bend to a company of phantoms at midnight. Locals here assert that this phantom is that of a person who had a home here in Harrisburg long ago.

The phantom of a young female dressed as a house keeper has every now and then been noticed raking leaves in the side yard
  of a building in Harrisburg.

The ghost of a dispossessed guy is every so often made out crying out names up on the peak of Bond Butte.

The phantom of a young cowboy can every now and then be made out appearing scary in Bells Shute Bar in the early morning hours before sunrise. One of the folks who live here steadfastly claims that this ghost likes frightening people who are bold enough to interrupt the quiet in Harrisburg.
