There are two windows upstairs that face the Street and the one on the Left Hand side often has a light burning in it although there is no one there. The owners have had electricians called in to find out why the light keeps coming on but the elenctricians find nothing wrong. I have been told that there is a     ghost that haunts the upper floor that keeps turning the light on. There have been Many restaurants in the building but none have stayed for very long.
