The man drew various pictures of things and set up his closet as a developing lab. My wife went to look inside the room and was immediately taken with a sense of negative energy and that she should especially not go into the closet     where he had developed those pictures. We are both Born again Christians and if there is some residual energy that was hanging around that apartment, then they are demons.
