Rather Gray in color sprinting in front of my car. The first time I came to a screeching hault Only to find that no one was there. At first I thought fog mostly because I didn't like the idea of a ghost. But now am sure it isn't anything of this world. I couldn't Tell the gender height or     clothing type of these figures. But I can make out the upright figure legs moving and arms pumping moving at an incredible speed. Only to vanish. I have seen this figure twice going down the Hill below city Hall and once while going in front of city hall.
