Roseburg, Oregon Ghost Sightings
(continued on the next page...)
I was in the restroom we lived by Diamond Lake. My kid who was twelve at the time has never had this happen. I heard her mumble ''ehehehe'' almost scream she told me. As I was coming out of the restroom a lady who kind of looked like Mary Poppins was floating; she was wearing a hat, she was sad....|
She went through me. I can't keep asking; when
I do my kid says the face was very sad and she does not want to remember, but the story is always the same. My kid always laughs for everything. In this case I see the fear so I know she saw this woman.

A ghost exists at the Veterans Hospital. From outside the old building, it was seen to move from one part of a large bathroom to another and was visible through the windows. However, this area was inaccessible as it was gated off and living people can't walk through metal. Across the hall, the room I was overnighting in as part of a transit move is uncomfortable, but it was set up like a billet with curtain across one wall. This room is what caused me to go outside at night in the first place.
Down the hall on that wing are patients in treatment (I was not one and have never been). Upstairs is the area known to Veteran's as the flight deck. At a later date, while looking at a history display, I noticed old men in wheel chairs sitting on an upstairs balcony in front of a large room. As this was a Veteran's Home originally, they were probably on their way off this planet and just waiting for death to come. Which room do you think the curtains were in?.
