At the Rose Apartments located on Stephens street, there have been incidences that have occured involving shadows, voices and physical contact. While my mother lived there, she grew fearful of her apartment because of the shadows that would walk around on her wall. This is a woman with a physical disability. Her wits are still about her. On one occasion, she was standing at her stove cooking her dinner, when all of a sudden, something tugged on her shirt nearly pulling her onto the floor. She turned to see what had done this to find that she was still alone in her apartment.

On October 17,2008 At about 2:00 am while my Boyfriend and I were driving home on Douglas ave. We came to a stop on the intersection of Douglas and Jackson, while I was looking to my right, and standing no more than 10 ft. Away was a lady standing there with her back to me. She was wearing a black dress and had on a white veil, and no feet.

My friend told me that near rose middle school her aunt and uncle lives there and her uncle got up at night and saw a figure that looked about the same size as his daughter and told her to go back to bed and was in the kitchen but when he turned around his daughter was lying down on the couch where she had slept he turned

back around and the figure his daughter had told her cousin that there was a little girl in her house and she is her friend.

On old highway 99 heading out of roseburg my brother and my self where heading to our brother for the night and say a man in his 20's hitch hiking on the right hand side but as we got up close to him, he vanished in thin air then he was on the left hand side hitch hicking back into roseburg. When we came home back on 0ld 99 back into roseburg we saw him again like he just left the fast stop or somethim and he was gone and we just put the foot on the pelt and speed home. Thank god I didn't get pulled over cause this would been hard to expail to the cops.
