So a couple months have passed, hadn't seen or heard from the guy in weeks so me and a couple friends went over to the abandoned house just to check it out (this was at night time) we walked up to the house to see that the back gate was opened. We walked back and circled when all of a sudden we hear some hard breathing. Not sure off where it was coming from but we heard it getting louder and louder. So we walk around     back to the front to shockingly see the old man sitting in the chair. Of course he still kept the straight face so we weren't sure if he had seen us or not. So we silently and carefuly crept down the driveway and into the street to walk home. And ever since then it's been 2 years and still no sight of the old man, and no one has bought the house. And there is always still to this day the same hard breathing sounds coming from the house. I'm not sure if I'm just taking things a bit serious but this type thing really gives me the creeps.
