Seaside, Oregon Ghost Tales | |

I once visited a seaside, oregon Home when I was only 12. I was never a believer in ghosts at the time. Shortly into my stay there I had just arrived in the home I went to the upstairs to use the bathroom and before even could I hear a voice which at the time I thought it was my father calling out my name. I went to the downstairs of the home to see what he had wanted.
I looked at him and said ''what did you call my name for''
He replied ‘’I never called your name’’
The person who was letting us stay at the house had warned my father that the place was haunted and he had never told me up to this point. I was scared out of my wits. I thought things like this only happened in movies, I was wrong. Throughout the night strange things were happening. Lights were turning on and off, Knocks at doors. My sister, father, stepmother and me all experienced strange things that night we were scheduled to stay there for a few days. We left the following day I insisted we get the hell out of there. I did not want to stay there any longer. The

one thing that was very interesting about the place was its condition. The original paintings and items remained in the home from when it was normally habited from the early 20th century which only added to the spook factor. I always tried to find out where that home is but have never been able to contact the woman who let us stay there. Maybe someone

else out there has been to this place and knows where it is and can post there experience too.

Staying in a rental house in Seaside we felt what seemed like spiderwebs across our faces while we were in bed. My husband yelled at the spirit to go away and it slammed a padlocked upstairs door in anger. Don't yell at a spirit when you are in its house!.

You may very well believe that Seaside, Oregon is exactly the same as any other city in this country, but there are ghosts in this city, and they appear during the night. The spirits of this town don’t leave anyone unfrightened. People who have never stayed for the night in this town will let you know it's untrue, but the spirits of Seaside are out tonight trying to find somebody to frighten.
