Vernonia, Oregon Ghost Tales In the spring of 1995, drove up the hill near the old lincoln grade school to look at the house I used to grow up in. was visiting relatives that day in vernonia. Decided to go up the main road to the cemetary to turn around and go back to town. I stopped and decided to walk around some near the cemetary to see if knew any of the names.. felt an bad energy, angry and mean old man type of voice telling me to get out. I didnt belong there and to leave. was overpowering and strange. I also felt or heard this same type of energy and voice before when I lived there, years before. Although it was different       part of town. I would ride my bike with friends down the old railroad track road, which now has new homes on the road. dont know the name of the road now but it ran parallel to rose ave or 1st street.   when was riding my bike alone one day. Was going to ride it to the where the tracks ended. There was a stream to play around and explore near. That day felt the same angry old man voice and energy telling me to turn around and go away. I didnt go to the stream that day, got too spook and went home that day. Made a point to go back the next day and didnt hear nor feel anything. that old man didnt keep this young punk away for long.
