The ghost of an old guy with a huge white mustache is repeatedly spotted gazing over Spring Flat on a dark night.
The phantom of a gentleman in army attire is rumored to have been noticed on several instances sending a parcel at an Albion post office.

One thing is for guaranteed, it is indisputably a creepy spirit that is preferably not disrupted.
A lady with a sword sticking out of her head may repeatedly be observed glancing at the view from the top of Kamiak Butte on a dark night. Anyhow, this phantom undeniably is creepy; one that you wouldn't want to run into late at night.
