Anacortes, Washington Ghost Tales It was around midnight on the Anacortes bridge and in the middle of the bridge there was an old man dressed in soldier attire, so everybody warned my buddy to watch out for the old man, so when we get passed the old man we look back and nothing was there, and he couldnt have gone anywhere because it was on a bridge... that was the most bone chilling night of my life.......Sunday, August, 10 2008. Submitted by Phillip Garcia A person may imagine that there's nothing remarkable involving Anacortes, Washington, but only some of the residents of this city are quite alive. The undead are here in this municipality as the locals will tell you about. Not everybody has faith in the accounts the locals tell, but a stopover in Anacortes, Washington will make anyone believe. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of an elderly man with a huge gray beard was noticed in a mirror in an Anacortes building; the spirit was exclusively detectable in the mirror. Further folks       close by have had similar events with a similar phantom. The ghost of a guy dressed in a military outfit was witnessed in Cap Sante Park late at night concealing a corpse by a big boulder. This ghost is enormously active in this neighborhood; there have been one or two additional stories of this specific ghost. It's been declared that this exact   ghost is almost certainly the stressed ghost of a local resident who used to reside here in Anacortes. One thing's for certain, it's a frightening ghost that you wouldn't wish to encounter at midnight. An old knight's armor devoid of a person inside has repeatedly been perceived trying to locate a box next to a parked Honda in an Anacortes parking lot very late at night. The phantom of a female with a sack strapped around her head is regularly witnessed in Cap Sante Waterway at the stroke of midnight attempting to hide a dead body. A large frightening ghost has purportedly been distinguished on several instances going mad near the shore at Whistle Lake. If you listen to what the people who live here say, this ghost is the undeparted spirit of a long dead Anacortes local resident. The ghost of a tied up guy can regularly be witnessed exploring City of Seattle Rock in detail very late at night. The spirit of a street bum can be made out frequently carving a hole at Cranberry Lake Dam in the early morning hours. The ghost of a youthful woman drenched in blood has occasionally been noticed in an Anacortes area grocery store, wandering the aisles.
