It was around midnight on the Anacortes bridge and in the middle of the bridge there was an old man dressed in soldier attire, so everybody warned my buddy to watch out for the old man, so when we get passed the old man we look back and nothing was there, and he couldnt have gone anywhere because it was on a bridge... that was the most bone chilling night of my life.......Sunday, August, 10 2008.

There's not a thing peculiar concerning Anacortes, Washington by daylight, but after dusk a person could notice some terrifying things. Some of the dead and buried don't want to rest in peace in this city. Several local residents allege these tales are lies, but Anacortes is filled with undeceased souls just waiting to scare you.
