We had befriended a family who lived in a big house on Harrison     Avenue in Blaine. It was said by the family that a ghost they referred to as ''The White Lady'' roamed the house regularly. She would float down the hallways, sit on the beds, and open and close drawers. Being curious my sister and friends often stayed the night with their friend hoping to see ''The White Lady'' but she would not show herself. One unexpected afternoon after school, when no one else was home, my sister and her friend were getting ready in the bathroom to go to the usual teen meeting place called the ''Ice Cue'' which was downtown.
