A fluorescent human figure was distinguished gazing at the water by Kepka Lake Dam in the early morning hours. Freaked out by the viewers the phantom faded away into the shadows. It's been claimed that this precise ghost is the undeceased soul of a long departed Carbonado local person.

The phantom of a pregnant woman has often been witnessed walking a Collie at midnight
on a murky Carbonado lane. If you listen to the residents, this spirit is that of a local resident who existed here in Carbonado some decades ago. Regardless of what folks utter, it's a chilling ghost that any sound person would not want to come across.

The ghost of a young gentleman wearing a jacket is frequently witnessed peeking through apartment windows in Carbonado on a dark night.
