The armor of a medieval knight without a person inside was seen observing the panorama from the highest spot of Hungry Mountain   at the stroke of midnight. The observer ran away right after he witnessed the ghost. Many locals allege this ghost may well be a recognized yesteryear inhabitant of Carlton. One thing is for sure, it's a chilling ghost that is preferably not disturbed. The ghost of a lady with a sack tied around her head was witnessed before dawn glancing over McCall Basin.
