Custom Search Chewelah, Washington Ghost Sightings Chewelah PAGE 1   2     My wife grew up in Chewelah and one summer I was at her house. It was late and was dark.... Pretty sure we were asleep then something ''moved'' the bed and startled her and it Felt like the weight had shifted as though someone was sitting on the end of the bed. I jumped up and pulled the string to turn on the light and there was nothing there. We both decided the best thing to do was move downstairs and Wake up her brother.     At the foot of the stairs her dog seemed like he was waiting for us and desperately wanted us to let him outside.... We did then continued on the Brothers room which was down more stairs. Once in his room it sounded like 2 - 3 people were moving furniture upstairs and we were the Only 3 in the house. I have several more weird stories that happened at that house. I am convinced it was haunted!.
