Night time is undeceased time here. Several local residents argue there are no ghosts, but with so many ghosts in Clearlake you have a reasonably good chance of noticing one if you stay overnight here. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A terrifying skeleton can now and then be distinguished checking out Skagit Valley in detail very late at night. A gentleman that transformed into a vampire was distinguished on the peak of Big Rock in the early morning hours before sunrise looking at the view. The ghost was unconcerned that there was someone else present. Many locals allege this ghost may be a famous yesteryear resident of Clearlake. A glowing human character became visible yelling at the observer to beat it on the water's edge of Bottomless Lake. When the witness became visible the ghost escaped. Regardless of what folks verbalize, it       is certainly a scary phantom that any reasonable person wouldn't wish to run into. The ghost of a pregnant woman was spotted in a mobile home in the neighborhood of Clearlake. The spirit spoke about revenging an assassination. Anyhow, this is a nasty spirit that you shouldn't go trying to locate. A beheaded gentleman became visible floating   down on Brickyard Creek on a dark night. The eye witness became frightened and ran off. Folks here who have noticed this ghost claim this ghost is the stressed spirit of a long forgotten Clearlake local. In any event, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that should be kept away from.
