While I was running I saw a semi-transparent man, walking along the higher concrete wall. He appeared to be wearing a colonel's uniform. Similarly, I was walking around our school grounds (by Fort Casey) and I saw a figure walking through the Colonel's house, but when I turned back to look     at it, it was gone and the blinds were shut again.
