Deming, Washington Ghost Tales I have heard several stories old and new of a ''green lady''  who travels around aimlessly up on the top of Marshall Hill Rd. Submitted by Toni Johnson Deming, Washington is an outwardly normal spot provided that the sun shines down, but this municipality is governed by the undeparted after the sun has set. Things take place here that cannot be scientifically explained. Not everybody believes in the tales the local residents tell, but a stop in Deming, Washington will make anybody believe. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a dreadfully mangled huntsman pulling a dead cougar may from time to time be perceived up on the apex of Mount Baker Vista howling at the watcher to go away. No matter what folks exclaim, it's a terrifying ghost that is preferably not disturbed. The ghost of a young lady with a wire around her neck has frequently been observed floating down on Canyon Creek very late at night. A man devoid of a head has supposedly been perceived       on a handful of instances staggering through a flat next to Deming.
