I slammed on the brakes thinking I had just hit or almost hit a person. I got out of my car and nothing was by me and all the Street lights were out. My head lights were the Only thing that had a light source. It was the darkest thing I have ever seen and it was human shaped. I wonder if somebody got     hit by a car there or some thing. I have yet to see it since but I keep my eye out.
