A woman who lives here asserts that this spirit is probably the undead spirit of a local person who used to reside here in Elbe. A female with a bottle-green face was seen on a dark night drifting by on Beaver Creek. The ghost didn't care that there was someone other there. One of the people who live here determinedly says that this phantom is the stressed spirit of a long dead Elbe person who lived here.
