One typical nite on old highway 99. We had encounter a strange figure that didn't look human because it look transparent and had a luminos glow to it. That brought and errie scary feeling. It look like it was tryin to Cross the road? I am a pyschic and my impression was this person was struck and kill by a car long ago on that stretch road.     We had stop our car to look within minutes the apparation vanished! True story!!.
